Equipment We Cover

Our individual cover service is specified for any piece of deck or onboard equipment requiring protection from South Florida's marine environment. Common applications include:

  • Helm stations and helm pod systems

  • Binnacle and instrument cluster covers

  • Electronics and multifunction display covers

  • Cockpit furniture and seat cushion covers

  • Davit equipment and crane covers

  • Tender and dinghy covers

  • Windlass and anchor equipment covers

  • Generator vent and exhaust covers

  • Satellite dome and communications equipment

  • Boom, mast, and rigging covers for sail vessels

  • BBQ and galley equipment covers for deck use

  • Custom equipment pod and locker covers

If the equipment is onboard your vessel or on deck, we can fabricate a cover to fit it. We work with motor yachts and superyachts from 40ft to 200ft+. There is no deck or onboard application we have not encountered.

Our Process

  • On-Board Consultation

We visit your vessel at your marina or private dock throughout South Florida. We assess cover requirements, discuss material options, and take initial scope measurements.

  • Design & Material Selection

Material options are reviewed against the equipment's exposure level, operational requirements, and surface sensitivity. Attachment method, hardware specification, and cover configuration are confirmed before fabrication begins.

  • 3D Digital Patterning

Full 3D digital template is produced and archived. Cover panels are cut and fabricated in our South Florida facility using yacht-grade materials.

  • Fabrication & Installation

Cover is installed and fit-verified at your vessel. All hardware, attachment points, and ventilation are confirmed. Digital template is permanently archived for future orders.

Materials - Sunbrella or Stamoid

Material selection depends on the application, exposure level, and operational priority. We recommend the following guide when choosing between our two primary cover fabrics:
