Enclosure Applications
Every enclosure is engineered around the vessel’s existing framework, exposure conditions, ventilation requirements, panel operation, and attachment points. Systems are fabricated using premium clear materials such as Strataglass and Makrolon Marine and digitally patterned for precise fit and integration.

Replacement panel fabrication from archive
Each enclosure is designed around the vessel’s specific access, ventilation, visibility, and operational requirements. Panel removal and storage, zipper placement, opening configuration, and attachment hardware are considered during the design stage to support proper fit, function, and ease of use.
Our Process

On-Board Consultation
We visit the vessel at your marina or private dock throughout South Florida to assess the enclosure requirements, existing framework, exposure conditions, and operational needs.

Design & Material Selection
Materials and panel configurations are selected according to visibility, exposure, ventilation, access, and operational requirements. Attachment hardware and opening configurations are confirmed before fabrication begins.

3D Digital Patterning
A precise 3D digital template is created and archived for fabrication and future replacement needs. Enclosure panels are then cut and fabricated at our South Florida facility using yacht-grade materials.

Fabrication & Installation
The completed enclosure is installed and fit-verified aboard the vessel. Hardware, attachment points, panel operation, and ventilation are confirmed during installation, and the digital template is archived for future replacement orders.
Materials
Enclosures are fabricated using premium clear marine materials, including Strataglass and Makrolon Marine polycarbonate, with hardware and attachment systems specified according to each vessel’s structure, exposure, and operational requirements.
