Our Process

On-Board Consultation
We visit your vessel and assess deck configuration, existing hardware, shade coverage requirements, and intended use. We then recommend the most appropriate system configuration for the vessel.

Patterning & Fabrication
Each shade system is custom-patterned to the vessel’s dimensions and existing structure. Fabrication is completed at our South Florida facility using marine-grade materials and hardware specified for the application.

Dockside Installation
The completed shade system is installed aboard the vessel. Attachment points, deployment, fit, and stowage configuration are verified during installation.

We fabricate custom superyacht shade systems using premium marine-grade materials selected for durability, performance, and refined appearance in South Florida’s demanding marine environment, including Sunbrella Marine Canvas, Sattler, and Serge Ferrari.
